16 May, 2017 |  7 Comments | by Ton Roosendaal

The annual Animayo festival in Tenerife awarded Cosmos Laundromat with two awards. We won the “Gran Premio del Jurado” and the “Mejor cortometraje 3D”.

It is also the first time we win a festival with a real prize, 3000 euro! Awesome :)

When’s the part 2 coming out?

    • Edward says:

I asked the same question but Ton replied that he still does not have the right time because it costs a lot

      • Ron says:

Part 1, if I’m not mistaken, cost about 300,000 to 400,000 euros, so to make it feature-length (The end goal of the project) would cost over 3,000,000 euros…

I would like very much a second part, or at the most, a movie … because I fell in love with the plot and the characters, even though they have shown so little! It has a future, and it seems a pity that they do not take advantage of it

  2. Jellyboy says:

This project is fantastic! I really hope they can achieve to make the full movie of this, it would mean a lot to the free developers all around the globe.

  3. Korrena says:

If it is impossible to finish as a movie, have you considered writing it into a book?

I just feel like this is such a relatable topic and would love to see the wonders that could become!

    Why not Kickstarter?
