Compliments to the whole team for getting this done, and special kudos to Andy and Lukas!
Congrats guys, does this include deformation moblur?
Full Cycles motion blur reports will be here in a week or so. We check everything.
Indeed it looks great. I too would like to know about the motion blur. Especially if it’s using Cycles ray traced motion blur or vector blur from the compositor. I still hit walls when simulations don’t support ray traced motion blur, and once you’ve had it it’s really painful to go back to using old vector blur.
We aim at using Cycles motion blur. Early experiments were encouraging, but we have to see still how it survives real final shots.
Doing vector blur on hairy/grass environments is going to be a nightmare…
Looks amazing, great work…..
Very nice!! All of it, very well done.
What happened to the eyes? Other than that its totally great!
Eyes are back to normal :) We press buttons here!
Incredible work, guys! What was the render times per frame? The trailer looks amazing, what an inspiration!
